What usually affects a real quote
Room, care level, medication support complexity, supplies, respite versus long-term stay, and any services billed separately can change the amount. A 4-bed home also has limited availability; price conversations should include timing and fit.
Ask for a plain explanation of what the monthly or daily amount includes: meals, housekeeping, personal care, laundry, and anything extra. Ask about deposits, notice periods, and how rate changes are communicated.
Directory vs. operator numbers
Older listings may still show a different phone number. This website and all new materials use (352) 652-8436 only. If a family found an old number online, gently redirect them to the current line.
